Help: DungeonBuddy

Hi Everyone

I'm new to HB, and wanted to try out Dungeon Grinding.... i tried it today as a druid tank, and got "scared" as the bot didn't move after entering the dungeon, i quickly stopped the bot and quit the party....

Is it supposed to stand still for a certain amount of time? how is it supposed to act ? is tanking totally out of the question with HB?

It was not a bot party, but bot + 4 real random dudes/dudettes.

Some of the dungeons don't work with dungonebuddy at the moment.

Hey dude personally id never run DungeonBuddy as tank as it dosent take quick routes and wants to clear almost everymob in the instance so roll as a DPS much safer unless your running a party of 5 bots.

if your dungeonbuddy is not working and you have just downloaded Honorbuddy.

follow these simple steps and the bot will not stand still at start.

1. You have to go into your Dungeonbuddy setting and set Autoupdate scripts to false, if you don't this won't work
2. Go to your \Honorbuddy\Dungeon Scripts\Classic\Dungeons folder
3. locate the file Deadmines.cs open it with an editor, like notepad, delete everything inside it and save.
3. Goto your \HonorBuddy\Dungeon Scripts\Mists of Pandaria\Raids folder
4. Open the 2 files in there, delete all text inside them and save.
5. start Honorbuddy, and as long as those 3 files isnt updated, it will work.


Stupid tho people shouldn't have to go through this just to make DungeonBuddy work.
