[Help] - Dual Flame Totem

So i'm running a dual flame totem, but it's incredibly annoying to wake up every morning and bot has not been running for 25-75% of the nigth thanks to logging out and back in.
Since you have to change skill in oldroutine from example: 3 / 3, then back to -1 -1 so the bot stops spamming totems nonstop.

Is there a profile that does this better?
I read something about totemizer, will that take care of all my problems?
