help: downloading and forum access

I orignally purchased honorbuddy under the username althebot. I can no longer log into the forums under that name once i bought honorbuddy through the store with the same user name. I created this account (freebotme) so I could download from the forums. Now I can not download from the forums on this account either.

I have the original receipt from my purchase under the user name althebot. I have the password for honorbuddy and it works with honorbuddy but it is not the same password for the forums. Anyway I can get this resolved? My username for the bot does not allow me to get into the forums.

And Honorbuddy is down they are updating it to patch 4.0.1.
