Help...Cannot mount in the game

I am not able to mount in the game. In the setting, I cannot select any mount because the drop down is empty. I can't type the name of the mount either...I feel that it doesn't allow me to...Does anyone have a clue?View attachment 5548 2015-03-09 09.32.txt

Yes, I have. I wonder if that's because I leveled to 90 directly...so the system couldn't recognize my mount correctly?
