help. Banned. New Google account login?

So i am banned on my google account, the problem however is i cant use my Phone to login into my new account anymore.
i kept getting the retry data server bullcrap, so i couldn't log out, i reinstalled the app cleared my chace, and now when trying to boot up pokemon go, i get the unable to authenticate please try agian message not allowing me too get to the login screen.

Anyone has eperiences with this, and or has a fi for this?
 
Clear cache + data (dont uninstall) doesn't help?
or
Maybe IP Ban, try restart your router

No, i've used the Nox app, and used the generic samsung s6 model as device. other then that no.
 
try this pls ->

turn on Airplane Mode

Launch Pokémon Go

see the login screen now?

You have to put in your new google account into your phone. Or else your phone is going to keep using the previous account for any apps you have on your phone. From a Home screen, navigate: Apps > Settings. ...
Tap Add account.
Tap Google.
Tap Existing.
Enter the following Google account information then tap Next (located at the bottom).
 
when you load up pokemon go, it will ask you what email you would like to use now.
 
happened to me, i just uninstalled pokemon go and reinstalled..and picked new gmail account to login with
 
no, its just his phone trying to use his banned email. he hasnt input his new email into the phone yet so pokemon go can load it.
