Help archage client auto close after loading intro

Hi its my 1st time to use archeage buddy using trial, but there's no single success i can run it (

i launch it through account manager and then ..after the hackshield loaded and video intro trian worlds bla bla "archieve with cry engine 3 " the client auto close? Oh why? Huhu i have tried restarting my pc and run it like x5 still no success

any basic and simple step by step instruction how to run archage buddy ? Coz the one instruction pinned in thread is quite confusing and not complete

yes already got .net framework 4.5.1 and Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 both 64bit and 32bit

Then try to reboot PC and check which antiviruses\firewalls\windows defender block AB inject.
