Help - 3days unable to buy license

Hey,

just starting to get a little impatient. I downloaded the 24hr trial and loved the bot.....but when i try to buy the 1 year 1 session it will not accept my prepaid card. Tells me if i live in Germany they wont allow the transaction....but i do NOT live in Germany... I am in Canada.

Has anyone recently bought a license with a credit card? was there any problems?
I have a support ticket for 3 days almost now......And i am just looking for any answers from Admin or Mods or anyone who can shed some light on why i am not able to spend my money here.

yes and no....for something you have to subscribe to where future payments will be taken out yes....but for a one time purchase it doesnt matter.

I even phoned the card supplier and they tell me international currencies are allowed on that card....all explained in previous thread..

Isn't Canadian money the same as Monopoly money?

That's probably it..

Edit - BTW, 72 hours = 3 days. Response time can take that long.

hmmm....i am scared to ask where you are from....
anyway....i had a response and i understand that it can take up to 72 hours to get back to me......actually they already have gotten back to me and i am awaiting another response......

This thread is soley to find out if anyone other than the support team can suggest a solution to my problem.

And I haven't seen any other threads with your issue...sorry. Do you not have any other way to buy one? Or are you just trying to use it up?

ya i got that :P i was joking too.....nah i dont have an actuall credit card.....i have been trying to find someone who will buy the license in return for hardcore worth or gold....but,.....no luck.....only other option i am looking at is virtual credit card sites.....will cost me an extra $12 ish
