The three that are available within the Combat Routine: Shaman area are all amazing set ups.
For raid setting I prefer TunanHA, however KingWOW can do spectacular things ... I rarely use Oracle, yet I hear little negativity only praise.

you can use Tyreal, Raidbot, or sometimes Combatbot[when your soloing]

any of these botbases combined with any of the CRs listed in the above post should work fine
