Hellfire, Leorics Ring Question

I currently have these equipped to my barb. Is it better to put them on my Follower and do you recieve the same amount of XP?. Or is it best to just run normal rings and forget about the hellfire/leorics for Paragon leveling.

I run mp10. FOM profile.

xp items on followers give a percentage of the xp bonus. I think it is 30% of the bonus.

The player doesn't receive full benefit from the items, but only 20% of the amount. So if a Templar has a set of gear with 40% experience gain on it, the player will receive an additional 8% experience gain.

So hellfire gives 7% bonus, leorics gives %4-%6 (20-30 on the ring).

Unless I'd need to get my shared paragon up super fast, I wouldn't use extra exp items on the main character. It would have to be a truly godly Hellfire Ring to compete with the alternatives.
