heirloom guide?

i was just wondering if there was a heirloom guide/farming. done a search button didn't come up with anything? is there a plugin that'll que wintergrasp? or what other ways can you obtain tokens or what not to get BoA/heirlooms. thanks for your help

Use isntancebuddy for hc's or normal dungeons or just use pvp to get honor. Simples!

the fastest way is through champion seals. But you gatta get the crusader title first. Zygor has a awesome daily guide for it. but you would have to actually play
