Heat issue? 86C Temp for Stock Speed FX 8150, 72C Temp for i7-3770K at 85% Avg TDP

Holy shit... 400 euro seems a bit steep for a 3770k. Someone mentioned that the stock voltages for the 3770k are a too high, and I'd have to agree. Mine OC'd to 4.2 GHz on stock. Also, being Ivy Bridge, the 3770k should be safe to run up to about 80c.

Can somebody reccomend me a good FX 8150 and mobo I have a good enough graphics card and my mobo and current processor is intel only runs 4 bots.
