today when i was gonna open hearthbuddy it dident open, but it worked yesterday, i have tried to redownload it, remove c++ x86 2010,1012,2008 on so on, but it wont show upp anyway, its showing upp in the task manager but it wont open

just windows defender, well i dont know since the heartbuddy wont open, its just running but it wont open, you can just se it in task manager
is it safe to use this routine now ?
