hearthbuddy refuses to do anything

The bot won't even start at all. I tried basic decks and low level profiles people posted. I tried vs players in casual and against A.I. it just always does this error. I tried setup thread, it I tried a lot of different combination of options. nothing changes. I also tried the zip and the .exe installer for hearthbuddy.
