Healer movement in dungeons

I notice that my holy paladin very so often falls behind the rest of the group, sometimes with afk dc/kick as result.

I was wondering, where should i be looking to change the max range between the healer and the tank to make him follow the tank very closely all the time?
Is that under custom routine? Dungeonbuddy? Default Profiles, or something else?

That's the odd thing, i have that one set to only 1.. Can't really go much lower
