Heal instead of food

How can I make the bot heal instead of using food, or atleast heal when I have no food.

I currently lvl a feral druid, but it said

[Singular] We have no food/drink. Waiting to recover our health/mana back

Kinda bad to just wait when feral druid have no mana problem and I have full mana almost always.
Not sure if this is done in the CC or somewhere else, still barely tried any features yet.

Also, I got stuck with:

At the quest [Trouble at the Altar of Sseratus].
Went into the "altar" and it got stuck there for mins before I stopped, moved the bot out and started it. Worked again after though.

You have to let it load the tiles, it sometimes takes a while. As for the healing problem I assume it is a CC issue, but you can completely turn off food/drink settings in the Singular config. That is what I do most of the time
