Bot is not able to do all bounties in SC..It has nothing to do with SC or HC.
Some bounties are just too "compute unfriendly" for a bot to run.
In order to get all bounties complete you must stop bot and finish those bounties manually.
At least that is the way I do it.

My crusader runs GR 55 invoker, an other char in an other account died. You find so many items that it not matter dying. Ppl can level you up fast, if you have two accounts you do it fast as well.
The bot has an explore file, to use everywhere. Running two bots for bounties in same game safes your time, as they most time split the Bounties up.

How do you make the bots split the bountys up? just manually enter the same game, and load bounties profile? - cuz im using the zautofollow plugin, which doesnt split the bounties
Yes manually enter same game..and run the bounty profile. most time they split the bounties. Means you can even run in public games if you are sitting at your pc and do it. I even let my bots do GR together, works fine if you are at the pc.
He has just to start to make an invoker crusader, then HC become easy enough to get at least to GR 55 and mats as he wish.

I agree that Crusader was very nice, I ran one last season. This season I ran DH, which isnt as safe but I did bounties on T10 without dying.
Maybe you could blacklist a few yourself if you think something is very dangerous, Malthael maybe?
And as the others said, the issues with bounties are that it seems to get stuck/fail a few of them. My experience is that A1/A3 and A4 work quite nice, A2 is quite okay too and A5 is the "worst" one.
Might depend some on your avoidance settings and class as well, as some acts have more mobs that are "under the ground" and the bot might try to "kite" (stay on range) them which means they never unburrow so you can kill them.

That's not true at all. I bot HC constantly, never died, paragon 770. Run GR 50 with innas monk.
