HBRelog "WoW failed to load and is an error popup; Restarting"?

This is what I get everytime I try to use HBRelog..

-Starting C:\World of Warcraft\Wow.exe
-Waiting for Wow to start
-WoW failed to load and is an error popup; Restarting
-Starting C:\World of Warcraft\Wow.exe

It's a loop over and over again. How to fix this?

Try chaning in game setings to Windowed and not Windowed (Full screen)

For future notice, I had this issue and changing to Windowed and not Windowed (full screen) resolved the issue.
