It looks like a profile problem.
Here it successfully learns the info in 2 seconds:
But then the profile goes into a loop of doing nothing:
If you still want to disable the behavior to learn flight paths you can do it with the following code in the profile:
You also need to take care that you do not reenable it from somewhere else in the profile.
However a better fix would be to use ForceSetVendor rather than your custom loop. Simply add the vendor in <Vendors> in the profile, and then use the following when you want to vendor:
