This profile farms the Felguards, Manahounds and Doomguards at the Tainted Scar in Blasted Lands. The mobs are level 60 elites, but are comparable to level 75 elites. This profile is not for squishies! I did fine on my Warlock with my pet tanking, but I would not recommend any other clothies come here. The vendor and mailbox is in Swamp of Sorrows.
These mobs drop the following:
The Eye of Shadow (1.6%)
Grimoire of Doom (1%) - Binds when picked up
Pristine Black Diamond (0.2%)
The Eye of Shadow is required to complete the Priest quest for epic level 60 staff (requires a drop from Molten Core as well). The Grimoire of Doom teaches a Warlock how to summon Doomguard without having to complete the quest chain. It's a pain to finish the questline, and if you're botting a lock, this is a simple way to learn this incredibly unique and fun summon! The drop rate on Pristine Black Diamonds is very low, but they sell for a high price.
I'll be honest and say I came to this area to farm Pristine Black Diamond, but realized that other profiles were much better for farming gold. Definitely the best use for this profile is for warlocks to learn Doomgaurd. I found several The Eye of Shadow but have not been able to sell any of them yet.
