HB2 Not Attacking Low Lvl Mobs

This might have already been reported, but I'm trying to farm Hyacinth Macaw and my lvl 80 mage just keeps running past the low level mobs. I looked into the XML and already edited these parts thinking it might help:

<TargetMinLevel>30</TargetMinLevel>
<TargetMaxLevel>80</TargetMaxLevel>

I was originally working with an existing 5-star profile, but I heard this could be a problem when using a new version of HB with older profiles, so I tried Apoc's profile maker and made my own profile, but the problem is still occurring. Pull distance has been varied from 1 to 30 with no change in behavior. Basically unless the mob aggros onto me (and since I'm an 80 the majority don't) my character just won't attack these pirates. Any ideas?
 
Will you try to upload the profile so we can take a look at it?
 
Having this problem also, I made a farming profile for Chilled meat. Yet my level 80 wont attack the low level mobs.
 
Now i dont really use HB for farming, but you think it could be something with factions?
That it doesnt have the right factions or smt?
 
There's numerous reports in the original thread I linked for the main profile of people having the same issue. They verified faction ids already.
 
Yea ive been running that profile for a few weeks, best ver ive found that works is 1.9.5.3 and its flawless for me.
 
Anymore information on this issue?

I would like to work on some farming profiles but cant if i cannot attack mobs at a much lower levle.
