HB Works then Crashes mid profile

Running profile for leveling and bot crashes WOW then kicks out, random time and places;

I reinstalled HB and switched to DX9, now working.

Hi Mate,

Installed on a different computer, with no addons enabled, fresh install of wow and honorbuddy, still crashes mid use when using Taran Diplomat. Already using DX9

Not on my works pc, but on my home i have the amd one, i'll turn that off and try at home

You've got a program that is interfering with proper Honorbuddy operation. These articles will help you identify and correct the usual suspects:

I can't see anything in my Programs and Features that would get in its way

Hi, Plattnat,

The problem is most definitely an interfering program.

Did you make the Honorbuddy directory an exception to your Antivirus? (Or, rule out the Antivirus by some other means?)

Did you also do a Spyware scan as called out by the article? This is a very real problem, and has been the cause of heartburn on a number of occasions.

The articles only identify programs we've positively identified as interfering with Honorbuddy to date. It is quite possible that you've another program installed, that we've yet to identify. There are literally 10s of thousands of programs that users install, and there is no way we can verify each one. Some more detective work will be required other than just the programs called out in the article.

To get started, look for things that follow the 'themes' identified in the article: recording software, game overlays, etc. If no success, start looking in the nooks and crannies. If you find a program that should be added to the list, please let us know.
