HB work on one toon but wont load / log in on another

Hello first prolem i have had with HB it works fine on my palladin today i started to use it on my druid to lvl in dungeons i have done 2 levels but now it wont login, i have tried it on my palladin and HB logs in and works no problem,
also when i use HB for LFR it comes up aith a eroor report it works but closes if i send report please help

i have updated windows also deleted HB and re installed still the same (works on one toon and not the other)
 
i went into settings on the HB files and deleted all the files for my toon/server looks like they was just saved specifics now it seems to be working but the error is still coming up that will close HB down but seems to be working fine
 
HB directly crash launching, I made last update of Windows, to install new HB but without success. I have to test with several character.

You have to make sure you close and reload HB between characters. IE: You can't run it on your pally, log out of wow and load another character. You need to close HB between switches. Not saying that your not doing that.. but in case some are.

Also.. you have to make sure you are running the 32-bit WoW client.

ok, I have to again test X and read well the logs, in made they were two routines which made conflicts, I have to remove them and to install the new ones and all function perfectly.
 
if you still need help, the next post needs to contain a log.
