HB won't start!

My Honorbuddy (Purchased about 20 minutes ago) won't start, I keep on getting a startup error.
I've followed every guide to fix different problems that I could find.
Anyone know what to do?

Yes, all of that has been checked and everything is properly installed (Used the BuddyPrequisiteWizard) but I still keep on getting the same error
