HB wont send mail

hello i have a problem, my char don't send mail to other char and i have set the name on advanced options. what can i do?

(i'm using [H - Quest] 1-58 Kalimdor - Eastern Kingdoms [Kick])
 
Set the name in Bot Config and enable send mail to alt

HB>Bot Config>Gather>Mail to alt(add name)
 
Hi snowblack..

Under Settings and Tools look for Mail Recipient, this is where you would fill in your banks toon name or even an alt's name.

Also keep in mind the profile you have will only mail when the minimum bag space has been reached.

hi red, i've set the alt name on Mail Recipient but when the bag are full the still don't send mail!!
 
Derp sorry thats GB2, not sure what else to tell you with your bags full post a log and make sure the profile you are using has mail.

Just telling us Kicks profile does nothing, he has 100 profiles. You could be using 1 that does not have mail or the settings are not correct.. Post a log.
