HB wont launch

Whenever i'm trying to launch honorbuddy, my computer will load but nothing happens.
i've tried both the honorbuddy.launcher which does open my wow, but doesnt open itself after that.
this means that i have nowhere to enter my key or anything.

does somebody have an idea to what might be the problem here?
