HB wont even start

I log into HB, and it gets stuck on the first three lines of booting up then auto shuts down. There is no log to attach since the application isnt being launched at all so it will not generate any log for me. Need help

if theres lines being printed, then theres a log file with those lines.
clear your log folder, reproduce the issue and upload the newly created log file.
