HB with problems. So many accounts banned.

sigh my account got banned today, i barely bot like 4 hours day and that account has 4 90's on it.
Everyday i use different toon to bot for maximum of 4 hours. Never traded gold or post in the AH and never trade herb or ore to my other account.

highly doubt it.

I've been botting since 2010. Currently botting all my 85's to 90 on three accounts and botting monks 1-90 and several toons that I don't have (mage/rogue and druid).

I've been botting all 3 accounts for roughly 18 hours a day (use Arelog to handle disconnects). and not one single ban or email in the last 3 years. It could be bad luck, it could be you botting on other accounts and somehow got this account flagged? it could be many reasons that we don't know about. If your botting mine/herb, say hello to player reports and accept your ban for not making your own profiles. Oh you are gonna tell me you make your own profiles all from scratch/ still say hi to player reports and player bans.

i only have one botting account and the thing is i didn't recieved any email from blizzard. Just insta banned while milling some herb.

Why disagree with him? We know the single most common feature in ban reports in bad luck and it appears he was unlucky.

The only relevant scenario I can think of in relation is like having your friend give you free weed and the next time you go to get it, you bring the cops with you and have him charged. So silly.

And then whines in the school cafeteria the next day because the cops charged HIM for possession of the stuff his friend gave him while they were at it!

if you guys are getting banned and never posting an auction. maybe you shoudl play the account like a normal person would. if it quacks like a duck....... set some auctions buy some gear. do some LFR. be a person not a robot.

Might be a report..Allot of these same people on this forum report other botters... Might be hard to believe but its reality.

also had my main account banned today first for abuse of economy then when i appeal they changed it to using cheat programs , had a good run about 6 million gold made and it cost me 50k to get a new account so GSO blizzard <3 u HB ill be back in a week on top of my servers AH

I wouldn't doubt if the bans are reports from other botters - which is highly disappointing, but true. I mean, the Ore market on my realm went from 200g a stack to 20g a stack (yesterday), so basically within a month of MoP and it's plummeted already.

I admit, I get annoyed when I see someone botting 24/7, but I never report them and never will. I bot, they bot, hypocrite much if I report them, you know? But yeah, probably more annoying when you get banned for botting 6-8 hours a day and see someone on the same profile 24/7 still going after your ban LOL - although more the, "lucky sod didn't cop a ban".

But makes you think it may well have been a fellow botter reporting you

I have warning for botting like 4 hours a day max and setting like 40 aucctions but different minerals so I don't think that it's ecconomy problem?

I love reading the posts where people seem to be all freaked out over bans. The one key to it all is that if you don't want to get banned, don't bot. And if you do bot, remember that like everything else, you have to do it in moderation! People who bot high number of hours, send loads of mail to just one character while botting long hours, grinding, all get your characters watched/reported only to have them check you out. This isn't Honorbuddy. This is the Honorbuddy/Gatherbuddy user.

I laugh at these because I feel it is like going into a bar, getting stinking drunk, go out get into a wreck, and then want to put the blame on the bar!
