HB will not start up now

Since last update I get the following message popping up.

The configuration section 'connectionStrings' has an unexpected declaration.

Cool, I'll just click on 'Send Error Report', but:

Connecting to server. (ERR 2001: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.)

Wish I had a log to attach, but if HB doesn't even start up it cannot create a log file. I completely deleted the folder, everything referencing HB in the registry (weird that it was in the registry about 11 different places) and removed all .NET and reinstalled. My curse client is running fine and that needs .NET 3.5. This is only happening on my W7 machine. Well my desktop W7 machine. XP and other W7 machine is fine. What gives?

Tried getting in touch with you Tony. You weren't on. I'll be going to work now for the next 10 hours. I can't get on during this time, so maybe you might be on "Live" support later. Or is there another person that might be on if you won't be on there during the time frame I can be on? Weird though since Greece is almost the same time frame as me in Germany. Figured you would be on about the same time I am.
