HB Update: my plugin does not compile by default

Updated today, found that the plugin I'm doing now does not compile automatically.

But when I click "recompile all" - it does, and shown in the plugin list.

Any ideas, what I might be doing wrong?

ps. new to plugin stuff, don't blame me
