HB to retarget when it won't reach enemy?

I've encountered a few times where my bot will get stuck on something and not reach a monster, and instead of retargeting or strafing around the object, it basically just stops doing anything. Is there a way to make it automatically do something in this situation?

Not bugged mobs, but I'll come back to my window to find my char walking into something, with something targeted barely out of reach saying "Out of Range". It's a warrior, so he tries to charge? But in the end he just runs and doesn't try and strafe around :S
