HB, Stuck on questpick up.

Pick Up Quest - Honor Has Its Rewards manually and then start Hb

Thing is i have done it manually like from start at 90..

now it works after i did 3 quest by my self. Will see how long it takes now.

Rly something is wrong . had to do all quests to get up the Garrison.. And now when i started HB its i get low fps..
