HB stuck on initializing Log Attached

I am having an issue with slow login time which I assume is due to server overload after a patch. I am also getting stuck on initializing and I have done a fresh install.
Please find the log attached below any help in resolving my issue would be much appreciated and if any additional info is needed please let me know and I will post it asap.

Hi, Encarsia, and thanks for the log!

Switch your WoWclient from DX11 to DX9, and you should be off and away.
