Log is not that long so I just put it in the spoiler, a lot faster that way.

HB is working if I use it through HBRelog, but doesn't show more than 3 lines when manually starting it.

Deleted every cache that exists following this guide: http://wiki.thebuddyforum.com/index.php?title=Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:Cache_corruption_problems

so you have problems only when using Hbrelog?

tried a fresh Hb installation?

are you using HB launcher or the exe?

Haven't tried a fresh HB install, no.

Using the .exe.

Also something weird is that it does work in the morning when I just booted my PC.
But if I try it now it gives me the same log as in the original post.

Edit: The launcher does work, so the problem is battlenet, when my PC has been on for a while..
