HB stuck on authenticating

hi i got a problem when i try to log into HB.... its always getting stuck on authenticating for a very long time before it can login and sometimes it just says authenticating failed

i do have the latest version and i do have a good fiberlan internet connectivity whats wrong???

it has to do with your router/network setup(firewalls) etch

for the same reason you have the session invalid issues

yea but ive opened up all of my ports for HB and disabled all of the firewalls still doesnt work.. ive even reinstalled my computer
