i also had these problems, then i gave it another try and walked 3min afk and when i came back it was sucessfully bootet! so just give it some time

HB ask me max sessions, but i restart my pc and i have no id´s on with my honorbuddy but it say´s max sessions.

the only problem i see is impatience...start hb and walk away for 5 min...when u come back it will be connected...if everyone keeps trying you'll just overload the server with requests.
