HB store email/key merg?

Hi i can i'm having a problem seeing combat routine keys on my authportal.
what I have so far
1. I can long into authportal and see my HB key. ( also know what email i used)
2. I can long into HB store and see what combat routines I have bought.

What I cant see is the keys for combat routines in authportal!!! and the HB key I bought many moons ago is a different from the email,than the one i used to buy my routines.
so when i log into HB no combat routines options load.
help would be appreciated!

combat routines, plugins and profiles don't have keys.

the buddyauth account that has your key listed, is the same one you need to use to log into the buddystore and buy whatever with. if they are NOT the same account your buddystore purchases wont load when using your honorbuddy key.
