I love everything about this bot, it all works well after a few tweaks...but lately the looting stops to work and i dont know why. I check the character settings XML and i see that it changes automatic from True to False on <lootmobs>. Is there any way to fix this in the UI or something? it get's really annoying after a while, and possibly missed Rare or Epic loot.

Make sure to disable addons, and make sure that auto loot is on. I had this problem and i did this and it was fixed. Also, WoW is having problems with looting itself so it could be a wow issue.

If you want to activate it inside Hb. Do this:
Press settings, check advanced settings, scroll down, check loot mobs.
Easy.
