HB stopped working yesterday. Won't allow me to reinstall.

I tried to download the .NET framework from the Microsoft website but it says my system is not supported. I'm using Windows 7. Log below. Any advice (Would like to stay Windows 7)?

Okay. I went to (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=5842) to download the service pack 1. Downloaded it, then tried to reinstall Honorbuddy. Got the same error message.

Hello. i just read your problem, cant u download server pack 1?

open start and press in windows update. try to update some updates. If u downloaded those updates restart ur computer.

Open ur battle.net client go to settings and than Game settings. Click on 32 bit version instead of 64 bit version.

I tried to download service pack 1 through windows update firstly, but it wasn't there. Then, I tried downloading it through that link that I put. Still nothing. Doesn't work when I try to download HB or open it at all.

Not really sure, Tony. It won't work for me. I tried using that link that I shared, and nothing. I also tried installing it through Windows Update and it doesn't show up for me. My computer in general is lagging hard lately for everything so I might just do a full factory reset and hopefully that fixes all of my problems.

check under PC/OS information if SP1 is already installed
