remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Follow the steps in the "Repairing it manually" section of this article:

If no joy, then do a 'clean install' by carefully following the instructions here:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

If still no joy, please toss a fresh log from the clean install.
