HB startup issue

Ever since .4620 HB has been unable to start on my laptop. I run windows XP and i believe it has something to do with the automatic admin request which fucks up on XP. Can you edit or remove that feature, because I am unable to run windows 7 on my old ass computer.

admin feature cant be removed but if you are the admin on your xp system you should not have problems running it
also make sure that you are on net framework 3.5 sp1
