HB server down?

i`ve been using HB for some days now. just restarted wow and hb and now i can`t loggin; it says to purchcase a buddy product, which ofc i already have

well that link doesn`t really help, i get a message saying ``Please purchase a Buddy Product!
Authentication Failed!'' which is an error i do have the lifetime version

it says please purchase a buddy product because you're failing to log in correctly

that link also has a pw reset

it`s not something i`m doing wrong, with the same info i can log on buddyauth.com and there it works

are you sure that you are trying to log using the info from the email?
your username should be like "HBXXXXXX"

it never has been "HBXXXXXX". it always have been the same with the one used to buy the product , and yes it worked till few hours ago today
