HB says invalid key

i havent been using honor buddy for a year. just got back on today and tried to log on and it says key is invalid. i went to buddy auth to check if key was correct and it is right. why isnt it working can i get some help plz? thank you!

are you sure the key your trying to use is the same one listed on the buddyauth website? are you sure theres no spaces before or after your key?


if your sure, try flushing your dns
Flush DNS - What's My DNS?


reset your host file back to default.

and try power cycling your home router.

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

tried it still doesnt work realyl weird. my demon buddy works fine. not sure why hb is not working. theres no way for you to test my particular key?

nope, the key is good. on the 16th its going to be the 1 year anniversary of becoming a honorbuddy customer so...congrats on that.

it says invalid key, and since we know its not, you need to make sure your putting it in the box correctly, and theres no spaces before or after the key.

means you are trying to use a wrong or an expired key

but they confirmed that it was right and working. if i copy and pasted it right to the admin. it should work for me as well.
