HB random shut down and can't relog unless restart pc

Still getting same problem installed windows 7 32bit to see if that helped and still getting same problem Hb random shutdowns i even logged on to Buddy Auth to stop the key process but still it hangs on login , its like you say CodenameG that its still attached to wow when it shuts down and the only way i can un hook it from wow is to restart the pc unless i wait like 20mins , it is really annoying , i even tried another key and hb in a different drive after this has happens and still wont login i have reinstalled wow in two different places on my pc to see if that would help to
