HB questing rewards

I have read numerous places about weighted sets etc. However, I remember when I use to use kicks profiles a while back, if I had heirlooms in that slot etc or if there was no armor of my chars type it would select the most valuable.. it no longer does that. It specifically selects class related items regardless if heirlooms are already equipped in those slots rather than the more valuable reward. Is there any way to change this? or might I have something wrong?

there's nothing you can do, it's all related to the quest bot.

Also, something else I encountered, is HB suppose to sell BoE blues? or does it still sell rares etc.?

I have also figured this out as well, in the beginning of your questing scripts it has it sell blues, and mail blues both enabled.. sell comes before mail so it got sold rather than mailed.
