HB processor usage

Is it normal for HB to be using 41% of my CPU. It went up to 46% while I was watching it. I have a core 2 duo oc'd to 4ghz and 8gb of ram.

no, not at all
my hb uses 1-3% but it uses like 100-150mb of ram (quad core amd)
now if you're doing AB, yes

In all honesty, more details need to be provided to give a better idea.
CPU model
Graphics card
Graphics settings
OS
Internet security
Multi tasking (playing vids, tv, music, browsing flash sites, etc)
Software installed
Latest drivers installed
Wired or wireless
anything else we should know about.
There's lots of factors that needs to be considered.

Pentium Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16 OC'd to 3.8 (not 4)
HIS Radeon HD 4870 1GB GDDR5 600MHz GPU Clock and 900MHz Memory Clock, OC'd to 780 and 1030 when gaming
All video settings were on min when picture was taken and all addons turned off
Win 7 64bit Pro
AVG Free
The only other thing open was Chrome with the forum
Lots of software but nothing running except WOW, HB, the forum, AVG, and my mouse and keyboard software
I check for updated drivers atleast once a month
wired with 2 ethernet ports on my Gigabyte EP45-UD3P mobo
6 case fans
8 GB GSkill Ram
10k RPM Velociraptor HD
I know my system can handle more than what I had running. Like I said, I've never seen my comp lag down like this until about the last week. About 2 months ago I was botting 2 accts, had multiple tabs open in Chrome, and was hand playing Torchlight with no problems. It's done this every time I've run HB for about a week. Should I fresh install HB?
