On the Horde side, there is a boat to the right that you run past on the way to light house. i noticed that the BOT runs into the boat and continues to try and run by but runs in place until someone attacks you. I don't think it was doing this before last patch.
*Edit - Also in Isle on Conquest. If the opposing Faction takes your keep and you spawn in theirs. Your toon will continue to stand on the teleporter until someone attacks him.
