HB "pausing" after a kill from time to time.

Iem running in Grind Mode on my mage. I have tryed difrent CC's, profiles, Plugins and setting but I cant seem to get rid of my toon "pausing" from time to time after a kill. I have tryed to delite the mesh folder but it still happens.

I am facing a fresh HB install but any of oyu seen this problem befor?
