HB Pating problem!

I buyed hb 1 year, got transaction id and all.
but when i login:

Authenticating..
Gatherbuddy Sessions: 0/0
Honorbuddy Sessions: 0/0
Shared Sessions: 0/0
Please purchase a Buddy Product!
Authentication failed!

any ideas why?
