HB not working

Hello,
You should provide some details, explanation, about "what is not working", or what you see, what happen, etc.
And post under the support section, doubt it will be done here.
Seeing your errors, it seems you have used the auto-update from HB2 to HB3.
Since the auto-update isn't working properly for everyone, you should try to download a fresh folder.
(I mean, delete your whole folder, and create another one, with a fresh download, from buddy download)
