HB not turning in quests.

This is happening to me as well, except only when the NPC has multiple dialogs to choose from.

ie. 2 quests or a quest and some other dialog
 
Guys, post logs so that the devs can see exactly which quests are acting up so they can change the code

I know it's been forwarded to the devs, but I just want to post here with a log, and I'm also going over to bugtracker and post there as well.

Just a little description would be when the giver, or turn-in target, has multiple dialogs such as multiple quests then it just opens and closes the dialog box. Also, it's rare and random, but it will do it with quest givers that only have one quest. Other than that things go normally and work fine.

You assume that you get a response. No point in a log. You don't get any answers/ a fix.

Save your time and try and work it out yourself. Tech support for this bot (a paid bot btw) is basically 'do it yourself or hope some randomer on the forum can help you'. Dsigraceful.
 
except from logs a link from your profile will help as well

do you have any problems and there was no help?
devs are using most of their time on bug fixing instead of making posts on forums
 
Yeah I'm sorry, well I'm not really but I payed for this service that does not mean I need to know anything about the coding behind it its your guys's job to keep it working and when it says it can do something make it do it right. This is silly. When I purchased it it said no where I need a knowledge, basic or otherwise of how it was made or how to make it do what it does.

I dont have a problem "dude" I payed for this to work as advertised, it does not work and I have no support. If you are running a business run it right. At-least tell your damn community it is something you can not fix or give a status update. PR 101.

I have sent multiple emails, and PMs asking for an explanation. It is simple do not include something in your product that does not work for everyone. If it is client side you should know the answer and notify me and these numerous others in the community. Give yourself a good rep and people will respect you.


That aside, I decided to do some digging into the profiles, all of the Horde questing ones trying them out and what not when it got hung up I deleted the quest and it seemed to work alright.
